2011 Year of Running

The ever-inspiring Miss Zippy has encouraged us all the answer the following questions as a  ‘year in review’ of sorts.

  • Best race experience? Mississauga Marathon in May – my first BQ and the best race I’ve ever run – and best of all I got to share it all with hubs who also secured his first BQ that day.

It was exactly what I needed to hear and I will bring these words with me to many races in the future.

  • Most inspirational runner? My husband – the best and most dedicated runner I know. His passion for the sport is infectious and he has made me a better and more dedicated runner than I ever would have imagined.

Your turn!

You’ve had such an incredible year! I feel like you’re just scratching the surface of your running abilities, and really learning what is possible with an extra ounce of dedication and a few extra miles per week. Those things aren’t always easy to scrounge up in the motivation, but you always seem to do it!

Anything is Possible – 2012 will only reinforce that for you. 🙂
